The parties to this agreement are You, the Customer, and We, Anonymous Age Verification Service, also known as AAVS, the Provider. Hereafter Your or Customer refers to You, and We, Us, Our, or Provider refers to Us.
You must read and accept the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement and Disclaimer (hereafter the Agreement) in order to purchase Our software and/or services. You establish that You accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement by clicking the "I accept" button at the bottom of this web page. After that You will be bound by terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Agreement will stay in effect for as long as You purchase services from Us, and after any cancellation, expiration or termination by either party.
Your failure to read and/or understand any part of this Agreement doesn't release You from any and all obligations under this Agreement.
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement. The amended agreement will take an effect immediately for new customers, and 45 days after We publish it at Our web site and post memo informing of change(s) on Our What's new page for existing customers. We can waive 45 days notification if new Agreement doesn't set any additional terms and/or conditions for existing customers. By using Our services and/or by making payment after the amended Agreement takes an effect, You are automatically bound by terms and conditions set in amended Agreement. If You don't accept amended Agreement, You must stop using Our services and stop making payments.
Exception. You can use software downloaded from Our web site according to the agreement in effect on the day You downloaded it. Thus, if You disagree with new Agreement, You can use software downloaded before, but cannot download new version.
We will inform You of planned changes to the Agreement on Our What's new page. You are strongly encouraged to view abovementioned page every 15 days. Your failure to find out about changes to this Agreement and/or read these changes and/or understand these changes doesn't release You from any and all obligations under the amended Agreement.
Some provisions of this Agreement explicitly prohibit You from any attempts to collect from Us and/or to bring legal action against Us in certain situations. In some other provisions it is stated that We are under no obligation to issue You a refund for services not rendered by Us or unused by You. Any attempt to collect from Us or bring legal action against Us in these circumstances will constitute a violation of this Agreement. If You attempt to collect from Us and/or to bring legal action against Us in violation of this Agreement, We reserve the right to collect from You and/or to bring legal action against You to recover all Our expences and damages, including, but not limited to Attorneys' fees, travel expences, time lost, collection and/or enforcement expences, and loss of business. You must also realize that by making any attempt to collect or to bring legal action You will disclose Your identity to Us. In abovementioned situation We reserve the right to disclose Your identity to any person(s) and/or organization(s) of Our choise.
In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof, and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision(s) had never been included.
We are primarily an Adult Verification Service, or Age Verification Service, or AVS, with very strong emphasis on Your privacy. Our primary business is to verify and certify that You are an adult. We might also sell other products and provide other services to You.
We verify that You are an adult by examining documents You send Us. Click here to see what constitutes an acceptable proof. After verifying that You are an adult, We will destroy Your application, including envelope, immediately.
You don't have to supply any documents if You don't purchase Adult Verification Service from Us. In this case, if You decide to order Adult Verification Service later, You must send proof of your age in order to use them.

We do not make any warranties, implicit or explicit, as of reasonability and/or competitiveness of our prices.
We do not screen or endorse any information displayed at AVS providers' web sites or Content providers' web sites, including, bit not limited to advertisements, images, statements, claims, and views.
We are under no obligations to issue You a refund and/or reimbursement for services You did not receive, and/or indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages as a result of events and/or circumstances beyond Our control, including, but not limited to :
All the prices, unless otherwise stated, are cited and displayed in cents per day. All the prices and account balances are computed and displayed with fractions of a cent.

Inactive account fee of 1¢ per day is applied on days when You don't subscribe to any of the services, or when all Your subscriptions are expired, and You whether don't order to renew them, or there are not enough funds on Your account to renew any of them. It is not applied to new accounts until they are approved.
Prices, discounts, adjustments and fees are subject to change. We will post notice of change(s) on our What's new page at least 30 days before changes take an effect. New prices, discounts, adjustments and fees will be applied to new account on or after the effective date of change, or on the renewal day for existing accounts. We can waive the 30 days notification rule if new prices are not higher than the current prices for all the current customers.
In this section Remainder is part of Your payment(s) that is credited to Your account, but not applied to prepay for our services. Price is total price You are charged per day, including all the discounts, taxes, fees, and charges.
We accept payments in cash (U.S. dollars) and by money order (international money order for residents of countries other than U.S.). You can pay any amount over $1.00 at any time. If You make payment by more than one money order, or by money order and cash, each money order and cash will be considered a separate payment.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen payments. You have no recourse in recovery of payments that were not credited to Your account, and in recovery of any damages associated with lost or stolen payment. You are prohibited from any attempts to collect Your missing and/or lost payment and all the direct and indirect damages associated with Your lost payment. You are also prohibited from bringing legal action against Us in order to collect any damages associated with lost or stolen payment.
Payment processing fee is applied when you make the payment of less than $20.00, unless this payment covers purchase and/or renewal of all the services for more than 45 days. It is computed as 1/40 of the difference between $20.00 and the amount of your payment.
Application of your payment
Every day We will search for accounts with services that are due for renewal, and with Remainder sufficient to cover cost of at least one of these services. We will apply the Remainder in the same way as payment, except that payment processing fee will not be applied.
You can purchase or upgrade any service(s) at any time.
You can change password and/or any access code(s) at any time, if AVS provider allows it.
Once You paid for a service or renewed it, You cannot get a refund. Once You purchased software from Us, You cannot get a refund.
You can mark the service You are currently subscribing to as service with or without automatic renewal at any time. If the service is marked as the one with automatic renewal, We will renew it on the day it expires if there is sufficient balance on Your account. If the balance is insufficient, We will wait until We receive sufficient payment.
You can close Your account at any moment by following the link from My account page.
We reserve the right to close Your account if We determine, at Our sole and absolute discretion, that You violate any of the rules set forth in this Agreement.
We reserve the right to close Your account if the account balance falls below $-1.00.
We reserve the right to close new account if We don't receive application with first payment within 30 days after account has been created. You don't have to send Your application witn Your first payment if You are not ordering Adult Verification Service.
If Your account is closed by either party for any reason, no refund for unused services will be issued.
We reserve the right to deposit Your payment that has been received after Your account is closed by either party for any reason, without providing You with any services.
In this section Content means adult oriented content accessed through the services purchased from Us, whether accessed on the web at the time of use, or previously downloaded and saved.
When You purchase through Us services of AVS provider(s), You are bound by Service Agreement(s), Terms and Conditions, and other rules established by this/these AVS provider(s).
When You access Content using access code(s) obtained from Us, You are bound by Service Agreement(s), Terms and Conditions, and other rules established by provider(s) of this Content.
If You order Adult Verification Service, You swear and affirm that You are legally an adult, at least 18 years of age (21 in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not an age of majority), and to the best of Your knowledge, viewing of an adult oriented content by a willing adult doesn't violate state laws, local laws, rules and bylaws of Your community.
If You order Adult Verification Service, You swear and affirm that You have not notified any governmental agency, including US Postal Service, that You do not wish to receive sexually oriented materials.
If You order Adult Verification Service, You swear and affirm that You are not prohibited from viewing of any type of adult oriented materials by a court order or by conditions of Your parole or probation.
You will indemnify and hold Us harmless from any liability, damages, claims, actions or suits (including all costs and attorney's fees) arising in any way out of Your use of Our services.

Software and services You purchased from Us are not transferable.

You will not use Our encryption software to commit a crime, and/or to conspire to commit a crime, and/or to conceal a crime, and/or to conceal identity/identities of person(s) who committed a crime.
You will not use software purchased from Us on greater number of computers than You paid for. Exceptions from this rule are:
If You transfer Your computer to another person or entity, You must completely remove from this computer all the software purchased from Us.
You will not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Content, unless explicitly permitted by the Content provider.
You will not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Our software, unless explicitly permitted by Us.
You will not try to gain unlawful access and/or hack into any information contained at Our web site and/or Our web hosting company and/or any AVS provider(s) and/or any Content providers.
You do not have any intellectual property rights to any ideas conveyed to Us by any means, including, but not limited to Our Privacy Forum. We are free to post these ideas at Our web site without any compensation and/or acknowledgement.
