The answer differs for products and services that are sold at this web site by creating an
account (Age Verification, Encryption Software, Anonymizer e-mail), and for products and
services sold at The Privacy Store.
With products and services that are sold here by creating an account, once we received
your payment and applied it toward some product/service, it is not refundable, and these
products/services cannot be changed.
If your payment isn't mailed yet, you can stop your order by not mailing it.
If your payment is already mailed to us, but we didn't receive it yet, it cannot be
refunded, but it can be applied for other products or saved for future. You can change
